Who we sell to

We only sell to people aged 18 or over. It is a criminal offence to sell tobacco, nicotine or vaping products to anyone under 18, and an offence for an adult to buy them on behalf of someone under 18 (proxy purchasing). We refuse and report suspected proxy purchases.

From 1 January 2027 the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 also prohibits the sale of tobacco products to anyone born on or after 1 January 2009, however old they become. Our checkout enforces this automatically for tobacco items.

How we check

• Entering the site: you must confirm you are 18 or over before browsing.
• At checkout: you must give your date of birth and declare that you are 18 or over. Orders that fail the age rules cannot be placed.
• On collection: we operate Challenge 25. If you look under 25 you will be asked for photo ID — a passport, UK/EU driving licence, or a PASS-hologram proof-of-age card. No ID means no sale, no exceptions, and the order is cancelled.
• On delivery: parcels are sent by an age-verified service. The courier checks the recipient's ID at the door and will not leave the parcel unattended, with a neighbour or with anyone under 18.

We record the date of birth given at checkout and the fact that ID was checked (type of ID, date, staff member). We do not keep copies of your ID.

Products

We only stock vaping products that are notified to the MHRA and comply with UK regulations (maximum 2 ml tank, maximum 20 mg/ml nicotine, child-resistant and tamper-evident packaging). Single-use disposable vapes are banned in the UK and we do not sell them.

Health

Vaping products contain nicotine, which is highly addictive, and are intended for existing adult smokers and vapers only. Smoking tobacco, including shisha, is seriously harmful to health. Free help to quit is available from NHS Better Health.
