Airliftr is the data controller for personal data collected through airliftr.com.

What we collect and why

• Order details — name, email, phone, delivery address, date of birth, items ordered, and the IP address the order was placed from. We need these to fulfil your order, to comply with age-of-sale law, and to keep a record of the age declaration you made (legal obligation and contract).
• ID check record — when we check your ID on collection we record the type of ID, the date and the staff member. We do not scan or copy your ID.
• Age gate cookie — a cookie remembering that you confirmed you are 18+ for 30 days. Your basket is stored in your browser only.

Sharing

We share delivery details with our courier so they can deliver and verify age, and transactional emails are sent through our email provider. We do not sell personal data or use it for marketing without your consent.

Retention

Order and age-verification records are kept for 6 years to meet legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it (subject to legal retention), or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Contact orders@airliftr.com.
