Click & collect (free)

Place your order online and we'll get it ready. Collect from 45 Saltaire Road, Shipley, BD18 3HZ West Yorkshire during opening hours (Mon–Sat 10:00–18:00, Sun closed). You pay in the shop by cash or card when you collect — nothing is taken online.

Bring photo ID (passport, driving licence or PASS card). We operate Challenge 25 — no ID, no sale, no exceptions. The name on the ID must match the name on the order. We will not hand goods to anyone else.

Orders not collected within 7 days may be cancelled and returned to stock.

UK delivery

Delivery costs £4.99 and is free on orders over £50.00. Delivery orders are paid by bank transfer — the details are shown when you place the order and emailed to you. We dispatch once payment has cleared, normally within 1–2 working days.

UK mainland only. Age-restricted goods are sent by an age-verified service — the courier will check the recipient's ID and will not leave the parcel with anyone under 18 or unattended.

If the courier cannot verify the recipient's age the parcel is returned to us. We will refund the goods, less the delivery and return costs.

Returns

You can cancel a delivery order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund of the goods, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened e-liquids, pods, tobacco, coal or mouth tips. Faulty items are always covered — contact us and we'll sort it out.
